We are proud to celebrate the recognition of Mongameli Tshuma and Luckmore Mutumbi who have both been named in the latest FanZone Team of the Week, selected by a panel of football journalists.
Tshuma once again showcased his quality in our encounter against Dynamos with an energetic and influential midfield display. His ability to drive at defenders and create openings kept the opposition under constant pressure throughout the match.
The midfielder’s determination paid off in the 40th minute when he won the penalty that was calmly converted by Benjamin Adeogun giving us a deserved breakthrough. Beyond that decisive moment, Tshuma continued to dictate play, create chances and demonstrate the qualities that have made him one of the country’s standout performers.
At the back, Mutumbi delivered another assured performance, providing stability and composure whenever called upon. Solid in defence and disciplined in his positioning, he was a nightmare for Dynamos’ wing attack, shutting down every ball that came his way ,while also contributing going forward with a number of dangerous deliveries from wide areas.
Their inclusion in the FanZone Team of the Week is a reflection of the hard work, commitment and quality they displayed throughout the match, as well as the collective effort shown by the entire team.
