Head coach Benjani Mwaruwari says the team is fully focused and well prepared ahead of Sunday’s Castle Lager Premier Soccer League clash against league leaders Scottland FC.
Scottland come into the encounter on the back of an impressive run of form, but Benjani believes Bosso have prepared well and are ready to rise to the occasion.
“We all know that Scottland are a very good team. They have quality all over the pitch and they’ve been playing very well,” said Benjani.
“I think they’ve won nine or 10 matches in a row without conceding, so we know the challenge that awaits us.”
Despite recent performances not always producing the results the team deserved, Coach Benjani remains confident that the hard work being put in on the training ground will pay off.
“We have been playing well but not picking up as many points as we wanted. But according to what we’re doing here, the preparation is going well, and we believe we’ll do better on Sunday.”
Benjani also called on the Bosso faithful to once again rally behind the team as they look to make home advantage count.
“Our fans always support us. The message to them is that they have to come in numbers and support us. And they always do.”
With preparations complete, Bosso will be aiming to deliver a strong performance in front of the Emagumeni faithful as they take on one of the league’s form sides.
